The latest research from Rightmove suggests that ‘the likelihood of sellers finding a buyer remains at, or close to, an all-time high… the average time for a newly listed property to be marked sold subject to contract is 36 days’.* 

But, bear in mind that this would be cutting it fine. Some agents have reported that buyers who have yet to sell are losing out to those who have already sold – so it’s essential to avoid delays and get ahead where possible. By listing your home earlier you’ll give yourself the best chance of both selling at a great price AND finding the perfect new home for you and your family to enjoy.
